Shipping policy
Within Wellness sells both small parcel items (aromatherapy & accessories) and large equipment (saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge tubs and some large wellness items). These are shipped using different services and may arrive separately.
1) Order processing & cut-off time
Order cut-off time: 5:00pm (UK time), Monday–Friday.
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2) Small parcel items (Aromatherapy & accessories)
Many aromatherapy and small items are fulfilled by our UK partner and shipped by parcel carriers.

Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details where available.
3) Large items (Saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, heat pumps & large equipment)
Large items are shipped via specialist delivery (pallet/freight or dedicated vehicle depending on the product).
Lead times & booking
Lead times vary by product and may be made-to-order. After purchase, we’ll contact you to confirm lead time, delivery method, and any access requirements. Delivery may be booked with you in advance.
Access requirements (important)
Please check access to your delivery location before ordering (gates, steps, narrow turns, gravel/soft ground). Most large deliveries are kerbside/pallet unless stated otherwise, and you may need additional help to move items into final position.
Hot tubs supplied via our Delivery Team (delivery/positioning options)

Kerbside delivery is included within 150 miles of S45 (single driver; you must have at least one able-bodied adult available to assist unloading).

Positioning and installation: £150 (connection to prepared power supply; no cable provided unless stated)

Positioning, installation and commission: £350 (fill, sanitise, check before leaving)

Swim spas are excluded from these options—please contact us for a quote.
Deliveries over 150 miles from S45 may be charged at £1.00 per mile.
4) Delivery inspection & damage
Before signing for delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage and take photos if anything looks unusual. If there is visible damage, please note it on the delivery paperwork and contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
5) Address changes & cancellations
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your address, email support@withinwellness.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order (we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched or a freight booking has been arranged).
6) Missing or delayed deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact support@withinwellness.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the carrier and advise next steps.
