Hot tubs are easy to enjoy… once the boring bits (access, base and electrics) are handled properly. This guide makes sure delivery day goes smoothly and you don’t get caught out by the details most people miss.

Start here (2-minute overview)

  • Delivery is kerbside / nearest hardstanding for most hot tubs.
  • You’ll need a clear access route (width, height, corners, slopes, steps).
  • You’ll need a solid, level base that can support a filled spa.
  • Electrics are either 13A Plug & Play or 32A/40A Hardwired depending on model.
