Shipping & Delivery (Small items vs Large items)

Do you ship to the UK only?
Yes — we currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Do small items and large items ship the same way?
No. We ship small parcel items (aromatherapy & accessories) and large equipment (saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, heat pumps & other bulky items). They may arrive separately.

How long do small parcel deliveries take?
Small items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery is usually 2–5 working days after dispatch depending on the carrier and postcode.

How does delivery work for saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs?
Large items are delivered via specialist pallet/freight delivery. Lead times vary by product and may be made-to-order. After purchase, we confirm lead time, access requirements and booking details.

Orders

Can I change my address after ordering?
Email support@withinwellness.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already dispatched or a freight booking has been arranged, changes may not be possible.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Small parcels may include tracking depending on the carrier. Large freight deliveries usually include booking/dispatch updates rather than standard parcel tracking.

Returns & Issues

What is your return window?
Eligible small items have a 30-day return window from delivery (unused and in original packaging).
Large items (saunas/hot tubs/cold plunge) have different rules because they ship by freight and may be made-to-order — contact us with your order number and we’ll confirm what’s possible before any collection is arranged.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. For large deliveries, note visible packaging damage on the delivery paperwork where possible.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Most large equipment includes a manufacturer warranty. Terms vary by product and are listed on the product page or available on request.
